How will the selection process work?
To determine who will be granted an interview, a shortlisting process is employed, this can take anywhere from a week to a month. From this point we hold a variety of interviews based on the position available, interviews will generally be conducted by Human Resources and a division supervisor. Our seasonal roles are based on a group interview where up to 25 candidates come in together to be informed of the vacancies and tell us about their skills and background.
In many cases second interviews are held followed by reference checks (two previous employers) before any offers can be made.
Please be aware that interviews may be held at any of the Warner Village Theme Park properties. All candidates should come dressed appropriately for a job interview.
All candidates will be notified of their application outcome in a timely and professional manner.
