The Warner Village Theme Park Group- consisting of Warner Bros. Movie World, Sea World, Sea World Resort, Wet’n’Wild Water World, Paradise Country and the Australian Outback Spectacular- is a national industry leader and a flagship of Australian tourism, having set benchmark precedents in attendance figures and collectively earned in excess of thirty major Queensland and Australian Tourism Industry awards in the last ten years, together with many International Brass Ring Marketing Awards.
Warner Bros. Movie World and Sea World have also been officially entered into the Australian Tourism Hall of Fame, based on this success.
Operationally, the Group comprises over ten divisions, each with a specific expertise developed over the history of the Group in providing world-class theme park entertainment.
All the planning and research in relation to new attractions and experiences are undertaken by the Group’s Executive committee, with on-site construction all handled in-house.
Operations, Show and Entertainment, Food and Beverage, Retail, Finance, Human Resources and in the case of Sea World, Marine Sciences divisions collectively employ over 2,000 people, and offer dedicated training and workplace health and safety programs and initiatives to ensure excellent customer service.
The Group prides itself on excellence in customer service and is often regarded as the industry benchmark for this very crucial area of operations.
To this end the Group is seen as leading the Tourism industry in setting the standards for quality, service and safety. This has been recognised nationally through the number of Tourism and Training awards won over the past 10 years.
